Dennis and Faye lived in Castro Valley, CA and attended the First Presbyterian Church for 12-1/2 years. While there, they taught the Experiencing God series to adults, and the Sunday School Alpha Course to middle school children. Dennis was also a Deacon, Elder & Trustee, and taught Men's Bible Study for 12 years at this church.

Dennis was on the California Highway Patrol for 13 years, until injured in the line of duty. He then owned a Real Estate/Property Mgmt Company. Faye was an Executive Secretary.

Dennis and Faye live off their retirement and take no salary from donations. They are strictly volunteers.

They claim no great talents or gifts, but believe God called them to Puerto Vallarta to work with the poor and that God equips the called. They stand on God’s Word in Philippians 4:13 – We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

“Risk great things for God. You take a faith-filled risk when you attempt to do tasks that are impossible unless God gives you the strength.” - John Walker, former pastor of communications at Saddleback Church.

To quote Evangelist Chuck Swindoll – “God is not looking for qualified people, but available people.” They told the Lord, “we are available, send us.”
